教你做肉夹馍[9p]
材料:面粉300克, 发酵粉20克,温水适量

1.用温水化开发酵粉,倒入面粉中,用手和成软硬适中的面团。盖上布,醒40--50分钟。待面团完全膨胀。

2.然后:切成6份 每份再揉揉, 压扁,擀圆,成这样。

3.先烧热, 不要放油。把饼饼放进去,用牙签扎9个小洞洞。两面都扎。盖上锅盖,注意不要烤焦,几分钟翻个面。已经可以闻到香味儿了。

4.面饼还会膨胀一点儿,松松软软的很好看,当然很好吃了。

5.我在做卤肉看起来很香吧!!
其实做卤肉挺简单的,随你放什么,只要觉得放这些材料好吃就行,我没放多少材料,用高压锅是最合适的。入味,够烂不塞牙~!

6.然后把炖好的肉用刀切碎, 浇上些卤肉汤

7.把煎好的馍中间用刀切开, 不要切到底,留一点边连着

8.开始夹肉啦:把肉沫放进中间, 好了......

自己的做的口味不知道怎么样,兄弟这里就是专门吃肉夹膜的!外面卖的不论是肉的口感还是膜的口感都是够专业!还可以配面皮吃!
