·操 作: 1、面粉加适量水调成稠糊状,老姜切细末,香葱切碎。然后把姜末、葱碎、花椒粉、生抽两匙(留一匙等用)、淀粉、鸡蛋、料酒一并放进肉末里顺时针不断搅拌约一分钟等用。藕切约0.3CM厚的片,两片为一组,底部别切断。G(M8{\l|
