泡椒风爪

最近也特别懒,没有做什么新的玩意,

昨天晚上兴起,所以copy了一把

首先制作泡椒水

材料:野山椒(一瓶),花椒适量,红辣椒2-3个,生姜,葱
Y6@/uDGN3h9_             料酒,白酒,白醋,白糖,盐![9K}b*c I)m-v'^
以上材料倒在锅里,加入凉水,煮开,沸腾后再3分钟左右

没做过泡椒,只做过糟卤凤爪,方法比这还要简单些,把煮熟的凤爪浸在糟卤中,2~3小时就可以吃了,当然时间越长越入味。
