Control Panel 的 Add or Remove Programs 打不开.帮帮忙.

我去Control的Add Or Remove Programs 要洗掉安装的软件,可是却条出一个格子,上面写:
Run dll32.exe-Bad Image
Tha application or DLL c:\WINDOWS/system32/UxTheme.dll is not a valid windows images.
Pleas check this againt your installation diskette.
各位高手帮帮忙,我该怎么做?是不是电脑中病毒?我是用360安全卫士加卡巴斯基7.0 都扫描几次了,都说没病毒.有什么办法?拜托教教我.
