做法:鸭舌大火过油沥干备用,洋葱切块,葱切段. 起油锅,中火再微炸香熟花生置凉备用. 大火起油锅爆香蒜蓉后,放X.O酱与干辣椒再炒香. 即放鸭舌与洋葱大火快炒, 回鑊熟花生,料酒走边,下些黑酱油再炒, 放葱段,糖, 盐,味精大火再炒片刻均匀后即可出菜. hk\.A ^d1e/a J2f'y
