猪肉萝卜丁包

馒头虽然做过很多次,但包子却很少做,练习了几次后终于可以端出象样的包子来了. rU,P!m^.^S'v3j

材料:面粉2碗,酵母1/3汤匙,猪肉250克,萝卜干一根.葱一颗.9x{+N#[/Z8~
做法:1)猪肉剁成肉末,放盐.酱油,生粉,胡椒面拌匀,萝卜干切成丁,葱切成葱花[eT S4p1aHf6^

和萝卜干一起放到剁好的猪肉里拌匀即成肉馅.

5)洒上少许干面粉在发好的面团上,再次揉成不粘手的面团,分成几份.取其中

8)大火把水烧开后,把醒好的包子放进锅里蒸13-15分钟,蒸好后不要马上
