我记得我家的葱油饼里还放“猪油渣”的,就是大块猪油熬成油后的残留物,而且,做葱油饼要做好几层,每层都要刷油的·····马路边的摊头上葱油饼还会在最后的面子上撒上少许芝麻,增加其香味,也堪称一点创意吧~
