Hi, need help, I want to open chm files I don't loaded with chinese name.. can't seem to do it, I can view them if I change the file name to english...

it is either your computer doesn't support chinese or you haven't change your regional & language to Chinese. To support chinese file name, you need to go to control panel, choose regional and language options, under administrative tab, set the language for non-unicode program to chinese PRC. This should be able to solve the problem.
