1、先以少许熟油拌匀肉馅,除去猪肉的膻味~

2、以生粉拌匀猪肉馅,让肉馅裹在生粉中,口感嫩滑~

3、加麻油、盐、糖、酱油、胡椒粉各少许拌匀肉馅~3_+Q ` Xi;T2T*YM
4、藕丝中加盐、糖、生粉、鸡精各少许拌匀~'q!cm1E-QH B
5、将各自拌好的肉馅和藕丝融合继续拌匀~

小提示:根据食材的分量选取碟子,不要过小,以免藕饼太厚不易蒸熟~同时要在碟子底部先抹一层熟油,这样蒸出来的肉饼就不会粘着碟子底了~
