菠菜烙饼
这是前几天带去聚餐的菠菜烙饼,是消灭菠菜的好方法,平时我会多烙几张冻起来,是很方便的早饭喔![color=#e6e6dd] [/color]2 杯全麦面粉%FC5K0w,y-u.z

1/4 tsp 俄勒冈种子 (Ajwain/oregano seed)
