1:中筋面粉(all purpose flour)盛入盆中,鸡蛋充分打散,菠菜加盐揉捏后过滤挤出菠菜汁;

2:将鸡蛋液和菠菜汁充分拌匀,一边搅拌一边将混合液加入到面粉里,揉成较为光滑的硬面团,覆盖保鲜膜饧20分钟左右;

4:在圆面片上撒上少许面粉用手扫均匀,之后将圆面片卷在擀面杖上,用均匀、较大的力道擀开,中途不停的打开、卷起、并变换方向擀制,尽量使面片各处受力一致,厚薄均匀;!wqBbMpu|vc
