一、剁碎蒜头和豆豉(豆豉不用太多,否则夺了鲜味),辣椒切成圈,葱切花备用;{}*EL0S^?Q

二、将剁碎了的蒜头、豆豉、少许姜丝和胡椒粉倒入蒸排骨的盆中,加一茶匙左右生抽,少许盐、半手指头的糖(糖是要来提味的),料酒、少许生粉用手(用手较均匀)搅拌成这样(如图),放在已烧开了水的大锅内隔水蒸15分钟左右,起锅后浇几滴麻油,撒上葱花和几个辣椒圈。QWt;b9U
