酸菜鱼
材料:乌鱼(黑鱼)一条大约750克,酸菜鱼调料包一包(超市直接购买)白家牌的,姜,蒜,葱,蛋清,料酒,

做法:

1.乌鱼洗净,去骨,片片,鱼头和鱼骨放一起,鱼片放在另一个碗里备用.4]$_!qM3l3j
2.在蛋清中加少许料酒和超市买的酸菜鱼调料包中的码味包,拌匀,用来腌制鱼片和鱼骨,3gn z"v4q

3.鱼片和鱼骨腌制在5分钟左右

4.开火,加油,放姜蒜,干辣椒,把酸菜倒入炒香,加水800克左右5|'q9Hu1izB @+R H
5.等汤沸腾后加入鱼骨和鱼头,同时加入调汤包,3-5分钟后把这些盛到碗里(此步骤可不做,我是为了好看)Jz3sP/FP1I
6 .在沸腾的汤水里倒入腌制好的鱼片,等锅里再次沸腾时,关火,撒上葱花香菜即可出锅!
