洗净鱼后将头尾去掉,再把骨头剔下

然后进行切片,切片我有三种方法,第一种方法 从鱼皮开始切,可以第一刀不切到底,第二刀切到底,然后打开(第一刀要掌握深度,若太浅则容易断,太深下鱼片时不容易打开) 第二中方法,从鱼肉向鱼皮切刀碰到鱼皮时你的手会有一种感觉,此时停刀,再切下一刀,效果应该会更好,第三种方法:就是普通的片鱼,将刀倾斜一片一片的把鱼片好,本次作的方法采用了第一种:-)强烈推荐第二种方法:-)B6KEWB7dW1N
