辣椒炒猪肝

辣椒炒鱿鱼还剩下了很多辣椒,于是就买了一些猪肝回来解决上次剩下的辣椒:-) !B J)uVN3Zs3|

看看原材料:猪肝(才5块钱),辣椒,葱姜蒜,干红辣椒,盐,泡椒,料酒,酱油,醋,糖kZ U)Uxf?y)?

水中加料酒盐,放入猪肝,将猪肝煮熟,我总是感觉动物的内脏过水后才更健康,所以不论是吃猪肝猪心,还是鸡内脏,我一定要过水的:-),如果不过水炒猪肝应该会更嫩些。小时候不喜欢吃猪肝,大人们就经常会说吃猪肝对眼睛要,哈哈。

猪肝煮熟后原材料

锅热后下油,油四分熟加入花椒,干红辣椒翻炒,然后加入葱姜蒜继续翻炒,然后加入泡椒和改刀好的辣椒翻炒,直到出辣椒的味道*qT'uc$B?
