细拆KEL-TEC手枪[49P]

介绍：PF9手枪由美国KEL-TEC机械制作有限公司制造。本枪采用纯双动结构。容弹量7发。发射9毫米卢格手枪弹.

KEL-TEC手枪族由枪管、套筒、枪架、握把、击发机构组成。
套筒、枪管、抽壳钩、撞针组件、击发装置均采用美国钢铁协会标准军用级4140钼铬合金钢材料。采用高度自动化的CNC加工中心铣削制作。经严格热处理，硬度达到48HRC。
枪架由高强度7075-T6铝合金机加工制造。
握把用高耐磨高韧度ST-8018聚合物塑胶注造。

拆前准备：
1.卸下弹匣。
2.从抛壳窗观察枪膛有无子弹，有则将子弹upload。

1.用子弹壳底缘勾住分解销帽，边晃动边抽出分解销。

2.枪口朝上，将套筒抽出。

3.从套筒里抽出复进簧，复进簧导杆。枪管。大部分解完成。

以下是彻底分解：
大部拆解十分简单，只需简易工具。细部拆解也不难，但需要一些必要的工具。
5/64”通用扳手、大头针钳、小钻头。

4.将套筒右侧螺丝拆下。

取出拉壳钩簧，拉壳钩。PF9的拉壳钩簧比较另类，是一块弹簧钢片，用螺丝固定，压住拉壳钩。

5.拉壳钩螺丝兼做撞针止动销。所以取下了拉壳钩，就能顺便将撞针卸下，很简单。

7.拧下螺丝取出罩门

9.用尖嘴钳夹住弹匣扣簧抽出。卸下弹匣扣。注意这个U形簧不小心会飞出打中眼睛，拆下时要注意。

11.下面是枪架分解。

PF9枪架由两部分组成：支架、握把。支架是主受力件。各种零件，导轨都在之上；握把由工程塑胶注造。KEL-TEC的手枪都是这种结构

12.拧下螺丝，用螺丝刀剔出击锤簧挡块。

13.用冲子敲击将frame pin取下。

14.在支架左侧，我们可以看到空仓挂机和空仓挂机簧

支架右侧，看到的是扳机拉杆和拉杆簧兼扳机簧。

15. 将扳机轴取出，发射机组件“哗啦”一下全部掉出来了。

手指捏住的是扳机拉杆；钢丝是扳机簧。手指下部的弹簧是击锤簧。

16.扳机轴兼做空仓挂机轴，所以取出发射机组件也就取出了空仓挂机。

18.其貌不扬的击锤，比起1911，BHP的丑陋多了。但此击锤是内藏式，外表看不到。

KELTEC家族与其它compact型手枪比较

貌似简单，其实经过多年的进化而来。
造一个精良的很难，造一个普通的应该小作坊就能完成。

很小型的手枪，不知射击精度、实战情况如何。

枪很小巧很漂亮，不过毕竟不是艺术品，还是远离枪支吧。

介绍的这么清楚完全可以自己制造了嘛。可惜我国不能有枪。遗憾

感觉就象玩具手枪一样，不过外型让我想起P226来。

好小的手枪啊！是不是特工专用的，到目前我只会拆玩具抢，呵呵。

这个枪怎么看上去工艺很差的样子，确实有点象玩具枪啊，哈哈

对枪不是很了解，不过看上去做工也不怎么样嘛:smoke
个人还是比较喜欢长枪，对手枪不太有爱

9MM卢格弹在意大利民用市场用的比较多，米国人偏爱.45ACP，军警界这几年也是逐渐由9MMPARA向.40S&W转变~~

感觉里面的东西做的非常的粗糙 不过外壳看起来还是相当不错的
