茶香排骨
料:排骨切成2-3厘米、姜、蒜、红茶或普洱茶(我用铁观音)。

调料:盐、糖、蚝油、酱油、料酒。

1、把水烧开,排骨放入沸水煮1分钟左右,捞出,倒掉血水;#k$~)M!]6Q'E1m
2、锅中下少量油烧热,放姜蒜爆香,放排骨翻炒片刻,连姜蒜一起装入高压锅;r$?Mkf2t*MC
3、放适量盐、糖,和涮洗过的茶叶,倒适量清水(没过排骨即可,也不必用高汤),盖上锅盖,用中大火煮到高压锅冒气作响就可关掉(若想排骨再酥烂些,可转为小火再压一会儿);

4、开锅后,将排骨和茶叶一起捞出,放入炒锅,加适量盐、糖、蚝油、酱油、料酒炒匀,用小火再炖几分钟,汁变浓稠即可关火出锅。(可加一点汤汁,以免焖得太干)qzUx AR
