把肉肉挂糊(淀粉和面粉以1:1的比例拌匀,小心地加入水调和,千万不能太稀了哦 否则挂不了糊了)

炸好的肉肉(提示:不喜欢太脆的表皮,可以不要炸那么久 ,我不太喜欢那么脆怕扎破嘴,呵呵所以没炸那么老)

最后一步了:用一个碗将番茄酱,白糖(多一点),味精,少许盐(一点就好)水(少许),调成混和汁,另外一个碗做一点水淀粉一会勾芡。将炸肉的油乘出,留少许即可,将姜末蒜泥倒入锅内炒香,改小火,倒入番茄酱混和汁翻炒,适时倒入水淀粉勾芡,将炸好的肉倒入挂汁,洒上葱花,可以出锅喽。/d-A.E(_+m)?
