6. 把河蟹和切好的材料(干辣椒,姜,大蒜,青椒 等)一层一层叠放好。

7. 准备一个计量杯或者其他容器t*m-nz#q.O1| E u.D

酱油一杯,银鱼高汤一杯,酱油一杯,清酒一杯(要是用白酒的话尽量要用度数低的,3分之1的量就可以了)酱油一杯,料酒一杯的顺序倒在装有河蟹的容器中,直到高出河蟹。要没过河蟹。(酱油一杯,银鱼高汤一杯,酱油一杯,清酒一杯,酱油一杯,料酒一杯)

这个比例是一定要做到的。如果做的量很少,,比如2-3只河蟹,就用小的计量杯或者容器。r

这样美味的酱蟹就做好了,但是还有最重要的两个步骤。4xN Q5q-`u#N Vb

第二天把酱蟹中的酱汁拿出来煮一下,然后晾凉。&Bq$z^WE

第三天,第四天也要按照上面的步骤煮完晾凉。根据个人喜好可以放点白糖,煮的时候稍微一点点就可以。这样也很好吃哦。。。

也可以放到冷冻室里冷冻,到时候拿出来解冻后就可以吃了,,冷冻室里只放入螃蟹,酱汁就不要放进去啦。
