虾仁蛋黄滑豆腐
材料:鲜虾半斤,蛋黄2个,豆腐1块0MB9]Z:I0F'A'Z8]
做法:

1、鲜虾剥壳去肠成虾仁,蛋黄蒸熟压碎,豆腐切成小方块

3、依次放豆腐,虾仁进去煮几分钟,放盐,少量糖调味即可。
