鲍鱼制作全过程

原料:鲍鱼8只、老鸡一只、肥猪肉一大块P`!W7d*]O

把所有原料一起上锅煲上7个小时以上,把鸡和肉碎拿出来]rm/}%jE/_

可以看到里面还有很多肥肉,不要怕,鲍鱼要吸上肥肉才会香口.然后再加上蚝油再继续用M

PS。这鲍是朋友澳洲带来的鲜鲍,据说是深海野生的.所以不用浸泡,只要洗干3x-L]v

净就行了。买的干鲍的话发鲍鱼就得又煮又泡的用个两三天工夫;)
