多彩鸡丝
原料:鸡脯肉200g,青辣椒1个,红椒1个(大个的那种),黑木耳20g,香菜一小撮F'y_C4j9H3b

1).鸡脯肉洗干净,切小块(不切也可以),放入水里,放入生姜和料酒,煮开后去泡沫,中火再煮5分钟左右,用筷子刺肉的中间部位,很容易就刺穿表示熟了,关火,捞出,等凉了用手撕成细丝

3).再烧开水,放入青椒和红椒,黑木耳(一起放进去就可以)。等到再次烧开,关火,捞出放入冰水里面冰镇一下,捞出沥干水分
