5,然后再将田螺肉糜塞入备用的螺壳内

6,锅中放油用葱段、姜片煸香放入田螺,入黄酒,加酱油、糖烧开后撇去浮沫,小火烧至酥,开大火收汁至稠,即成g&r'C;w.M

这道菜虽然美味,但是会花费很多时间,而且要注意,在塞田螺肉糜的时候,塞多了,则太实,不入味也不方便食用,塞少了则太松,稀稀拉拉的好像在喝汤,不松不紧正相宜,食用时稍用力就能吸出完整的肉田螺。

这道菜在我们江西赣南地区很流行呢,不过都是麻辣风味的,很是好吃。
