7:把凤爪和混合水一起轻揉,腌制了10分钟左右。

9:锅中倒油,烧一会觉得差不多先用筷子夹只凤爪试油温度(五六成热),vI5hTa1RZ
放入凤爪。锅盖一定要准备好。

10:炸到凤爪金黄色捞起,放入冰水中浸泡。

11:呵呵 2小时后凤爪浸泡大了些,有几只凤爪炸过头了,冷水都变黄了。

大火烧开后加盖小火10分钟左右关火,放点鸡精汁别收太干,浸泡到冷。
