2、将洗净的凤爪剪去爪尖,并纵剖成两半zA'n3F:e

3、将处理好的凤爪放入沸水中煮熟,一般煮10分钟就差不多了,煮的时间太长,凤爪太软不够爽脆。煮熟后捞出沥干水,晾凉备用。3f~/rH;oh4vwq#Y J"~

4、倒一大碗凉白开,将姜块、蒜瓣切片,与泡椒、干辣椒、花椒一起放入凉白开中,再酌量加几匙白醋,一勺糖,适量盐,料酒,味精。尝尝味道要略咸一点,因为这个泡椒水是拿来浸凤爪的,咸一点才能入味。#V%Z3K&vF{B4k:B

5、将煮熟的凤爪捞出晾凉,倒入调好味的大碗泡椒水中,连碗放入冰箱冷藏一夜即可。
