炝拌芹菜叶
原料:芹菜叶120克、大蒜一瓣、辣椒粉0.5小匙、花椒十余颗、生抽0.7小匙、陈醋1小匙、白糖0.3小匙、盐适量、鸡精少许、油约25毫升
做法:
1、芹菜叶子洗净沥干,放入沸水中焯烫一下;
2、捞出后放入冷开水中过凉;
3、然后沥干,用手轻轻挤干水分;
4、放入耐热的碗中;
5、放入生抽、陈醋、白糖、盐、鸡精,最上面放入切成末的大蒜、辣椒粉;
6、将花椒放入大勺中,倒入油,放至火上烧热(有少量白烟冒出),然后泼在调料上,拌匀后即可。
