洋葱焖马鲛鱼
[size=4]马鲛鱼肉质比较嫩,又没什么刺,好吃。我们老家有对鱼的评价有“第一芒第二鲳第三马鲛郎”之称,呵呵。
材料:马鲛鱼半条,洋葱、橙(女儿叫加的,呵呵!)各一个,姜、蒜、盐、生抽、料酒、鸡精适量。[/size]

鱼俺最喜欢了,可能是俺孤陋寡闻,这马鲛鱼的做法还是第一次见到
