芦笋 (500克) 番茄汁 (适量)

盐 (适量) 香油 (适量)

2将芦笋削掉老皮,切掉老根,将每根芦笋切成斜刀块,留出一些笋尖做装饰用

3将切好的芦笋在开水里烫一下捞出,开水里面提前 放入盐和几滴食用油

5入凉水浸泡几分钟

南方比较喜欢吃这个,还是喜欢新鲜的笋,尝试下看看效果如何,夏天到了给家里人做个凉菜
