DIY酸汤冷锅鱼火锅
特别喜欢吃重庆冷锅鱼的酸汤鱼火锅,底料浓浓的番茄汁,鲜嫩的鱼肉,想想就流口水拉。
今天自己买了一堆番茄,想尝试一下DIY的酸汤鱼,另外买了大头鱼一条,和其他一些东西。

西红柿去蒂,切块,搅拌机打碎。

猪大骨过水后与番茄汁一起,加适量水熬制。

鱼收拾干净,鱼头斩块,鱼身横切两片,斜切成厚片。蒸个煮到沸腾的汤汁中,5分钟关火即可食用。
