[国外译帖-俄罗斯网友]中国确认测试超高音速武器“武-14”

The Chinese Defense Ministry confirmed the fourth test of a hypersonic nuclear delivery vehicle, which the US called an "extreme maneuver," amid rising tensions between the two powers in the South China Sea.  

The test of the hypersonic glide vehicle, which the US has dubbed the "WU-14", was carried out on June 7 and is the missile's fourth test in 18 months.  

"The scheduled scientific research and experiments in our territory is normal, and those tests are not targeted at any country and specific goals," the ministry said in response to a report published on Thursday by the Free Beacon.  

The strategic strike weapon is extremely advanced and can travel at 10 times the speed of sound, or 12,231.01kph.  

US missile defenses can only counter ballistic missiles and warheads that have predictable trajectories. The Wu-14 is capable of maneuvering during flight while travelling at the edge of space, and so is extremely difficult to shoot down.  

中国国防部证实对能够搭载核弹头的高超音速载具进行了第四次测试，美国称其拥有"极具机动性能"，此时正值两个大国在南中国海对峙的局势变得更加紧张。  

美国称为"WU-14"的高超音速滑翔载具在6月7日进行了一次测试，这是18个月以来的第四次。  

作为对"华盛顿自由灯塔"星期四报道的回应，中国国防部声明"这项预定中的科学研究实验是在我国境内合理进行的，并不针对任何国家和特定目标。"  这种战略打击武器十分先进，它能达到10倍音速即12231.01km/h。  

美国导弹防御系统只能拦截有可预测弹道的弹道导弹和弹头，然而WU-14能在太空边缘作出大幅度机动，因此难以被击落。

The US is panicking because these missiles are aimed at the US and the US has no intention of getting involved in a nuclear exchange. They like their wars to be far away and the like their opponents to be armed with bows and arrows.
The way to win a nuclear war is to stay out of it. US knows this but it doesn't want it to prevent them from conquering the continent so they had to come up with something else because eventhough they may destroy their enemy in a direct attack they will never be able to prevent them from firing their missiles and frying everyone of them to a crisp.

The answer lies in creating an external nuclear enemy for your enemy, arm them to the teeth with nukes and wait till it goes boom. This is what they did.
They supplied pa-k-i-sta-n with the means to create nuclear weapons with the aim of making it the weapons factory for for every psycho gang in the region. This is a proces that can not be stopped anymore without global regional trauma.
I don't want to sound pessimistic but I think we are done for.

Nice try son. I am not sure what will happen centuries later, but I am pretty sure China will not attack Russia for any logic reason, but China and Russia have many same reasons to attack USA, so you can enjoy your rest of life in America.

个人评论：说实话，作为一个伪军迷（对军事的东西懂的确实不多），从J20开始，这几年看到各种中国先进武器井喷的新闻，说真的，特别骄傲。也喜欢去找一找这样的翻译帖子，看看国外网友都怎么评论。如果看到一些类似文中这样很正面的评论，打心眼觉得自豪。希望PLA越来越强大吧，让越来越多的人酸我们，也让越来越多的朋友赞美我们！

这是中国军方首次试验的10倍音速的高超音速武器，目的是突破美国的导弹防御体系。为此，美国国防部特意将中国试验中的这种高超音速武器命名为WU-14，这次试验标志着中国新型战略核武器和常规导弹发展计划迈出了重要的一步。
中国超高速飞行试验美国反应特别难受，远比歼二十首飞难受的多，也比东风41和巨浪2成功发射难受的多，而且窝心的难受。道理很简单，歼二十美国有F22，东风41和巨浪2美国有民兵3和三叉戟D5，美国都不是特别难受。就是中国从2007年开始的三次反卫反导，美国也感觉能够接受，因为美国也有NMD和TMD，就是这次美国有点接受不了。
因为，当中国的洲际弹道导弹逐渐成熟后，美国随即发展的国家导弹防御系统NMD也进入发展高峰。不管怎么说，美国NMD的发展抵消了一部分中国成熟的洲际弹道导弹的威胁。反导的技术远高于洲际导弹，这是美国得意之处。但是随即中国也发展了反导技术，而且打的很出彩儿，三打三中，美国是16打8败，尤其是后三次全部失败，美国有点在反导上找不找北了，而且还造成了美国削减反导项目和经费！
关键是，中国第一次拥有了用常规武器打击美国的手段，而且也是一小时内打到全球任何一个目标，而且也是迅雷不及掩耳，这才是最最关键的。当我们具备弹道导弹弹头机动的时候，美国开始的便是超高速空天机的计划，随之，我们也没有闲着，美国的超高速载体实验成功以后，马上提出一小时全球攻击概念，我们基本上也已步入程序了，一切都有对应，超高速的载体。
所以说美国的第一反应是“怒从心头起恶向胆边生”，一块刚刚出炉的烫山芋噎在喉咙里，吃吃不下去，吐吐不出来，那份懊恼沮丧就无法形容了。
