三星note5换屏幕图解教程欣赏[34P]

三星note5换屏拆机工具准备：螺丝刀，撬棒，撬片，吸盘，卡针，镊子等。

1.首先把手机关机，必须要做的。

2.取出SIM卡托。

3.取出手写笔。

4.轻微加热手机边缘，方便稍后拆开后盖。

5.用吸盘把手机底部拉出一点缝隙。

6.用塑料撬片沿着手机周围把后盖分离。

7.取出后盖后，拧下手机上所有的螺丝，螺丝都是一样的比较方便。

8.拆开螺丝后，中框和主板就额可以很轻松的分离了。

9.看到主板后，首先我们要做的就是断开电池与主板的接口。

10.拆卸电池，如果电池拆不下来可以在电池两边轻微加热，软化电池底部的强力双面胶后再取出电池。

11.用撬棒撬电池两边的边缘部位，防止手机弯曲变形。

12.断开主板上的所有排线接口。

13.取下主板（注意断开主板背面的排线再取）

14.注意主板背面还有一根排线，要断开。

15.取下听筒和光线传感器。

16.取下震动小马达。

17.取下副板上的一颗固定螺丝。

18.接下来副板还拿不下来，先打开屏幕，屏幕使用了强力胶，要轻微加热才能取下。

19.用风枪轻微加热手机顶部和底部。

20.然后用卡片撬片的工具慢慢把屏幕总成分离出来（好手机千万别拆屏幕太薄很容易废在这一步）。

21.拆下副板。

22.取下指纹识别模块。

23.好了，到了这里这部note5基本拆完了，换屏幕的话就把屏幕总成直接装上去就好了。

PS：拆机有风险，拆机需谨慎。
