做法:1、将干香菇用水泡发、栗子煮熟备用

2、将鸡剪成三厘米大小的带骨肉块备用

3、油烧至7成热,放入鸡块炒至鸡皮成金黄色时捞出,吸去油份。

4、在锅内倒入油,烧至7成熟,放入蒜蓉和葱段爆香,再将香菇、鸡块、栗子放入锅中,调以料酒、红(或白)砂糖及老抽,拌炒均匀后加入高汤。大火煮开后转小火,慢煮10——15分钟后,再加入适量的盐和耗油,拌炒至汤汁浓缩即可!
