yeh, why do some sections require more posts or somthing...? what is the site trying to prevent

IT means you have to post more threads or make replies on other people's threads to gain the posts.Of course,bottom line is do not violate the forum rules.

It mean that you do not have enough level to enter that section. Try to earn more money, more active and post more to increase your level so that you could go into those forbidden section
